David Ammons is the agency’s communications director and senior policy advisor. He previously spent 37 years as an Associated Press reporter covering Olympia, the Legislature and local politics.

Brian Zylstra worked for 18 years for the State Legislature before moving to the communications team. He is the primary communications liaison for the State Library and special programs.

Stephanie Horn works closely with Reed on community outreach, trade missions and publications. A former Capitol tour guide, she is full of tidbits about campus.
